View of Loch Lomond and the surrounding landscape, Proximity to outdoor activities and parks, Dated or worn decor in some areas
The en suite needs a serious overhaul!!! Leaking radiators, broken blinds, and an unsettling amount of dirt!!! Please address those cleanliness standards!!! It would be nice to have proper heating management instead of cold rooms!!!

Great location with friendly vibes
We stayed for 2 nights, and the view was amazing! Staff were super helpful, especially when I mentioned the damp smell in our first room. Moved us to a nicer one right away. The bar was cozy and the food was good too! Just wish the bathroom could've been cleaner.

Stunning views and delightful dining experience!
Our stay was wonderful, with a spacious room that offered breathtaking views of the river leading to Loch Lomond. The food was exceptional, especially the seafood risotto, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The only downside was some noisy guests late at night, which could detract from the relaxing atmosphere.
